They wake up early and perform chores such as cleaning their rooms, corridors and cooking their breakfast before heading to school. Their home is often very clean and tidy. They are responsible due to the various skills that they have been taught by their caretakers. They seemed to love visitors and were always open with us. Their humble characters would make me love them more. They relate with me like a family member. I grew fond of them that I missed spending more time with them.
SWOT Analysis
SWOT analysis is a process that identifies an organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Strengths
1. The home is easily accessible to the donors and any potential visitors since it is situated near the Ruiru-Kiambu road. The donors can easily drop their donations at any given moment since it is situated in Ruiru town.
2. They have leased a number of containers. They get can at least get a stable basic income from the containers that they have eased. This income is of much help in case they don’t acquire much from their donors.
3. They have a large garden where they grow the vegetables and some fruits for feeding the kids. These garden help save the expenses, instead of purchasing kales, tomatoes and onions they just get them from their garden.
4. They are situated a distance from the town which makes it conducive for domestic life. They have a big compound where they can play during the weekend and the evenings after

Lack of a security guard manning the compound could pose a lot of insecurity in the home. Since it is located near the road it could theft of children by enticing them with snacks.
2. The increased number of children has led to increased expenses and increased fees requirements. They at least need 1.2 Million for fees only each year.
3. Most of the donors donate worn out clothes which at time are not good for use by the kids. They just bring by clothes they just want to get rid of instead of offering clothes that will make the kids feel loved.
4. Since the center is located near town, sometimes it affects the kids negatively. The surrounding influences them negatively such as bad dress codes, teenage drinking beers. The caretakers are left with a hard task of close supervision to make sure the kids follow the right path.
5. They have so much uncertainty when it comes to financial planning since most of their funds are donated. For example back in 2016 most students were sent home due to lack of school fees.
6. They don’t have enough tools for gardening and working in the farm such as the slashes, rakes, fork jembe and sprinklers.
7. There is inadequate gaming clothes and equipment’s such as balls and their attire and foot

My paper is about Monsanto’s lawsuits against farmers. I think that Monsanto is still a problem for many family farms in America. To solve this problem I think that the people that are involved in approving the lawsuits need actually look at the situation instead of the money. A majority of the problem is that Monsanto is a huge company that just keeps getting bigger with a ton of money behind it and the farmers that they are up against are just small family farms that don’t have the money to fight the lawsuits that are thrown at them. Usually the farmers just pay the fine instead of fighting the lawsuits because it is cheaper to just pay the fine than it is to stand up and try to prove that you didn’t do anything wrong.…

In the heart of twenty-first century America, state-level higher-education reforms magnify socio-economic injustices of wealth, income and educational attainment. In particular, the Michigan Education Trust (MET) policy allows the unequal distribution of educational and economic opportunities in Michigan to worsen because it merely permits state residents to invest in college savings accounts for student recipients without adequately covering college costs. With a target demographic that has few marketable physical assets like homes and cars and low levels of liquid assets such as wages, the MET is ineffective. It does not allow impoverished account holders to see sufficient returns on their investments as college expenses rise. Furthermore,…

The earlier generations had a different set of identities to choose from due to the changes over time. Those changes involved an increase in education that led to a change in marriage rights. The earlier generations had more of a voice and choice now compared to the earlier generations who were to do what their parents told them or expected them to do. Education was giving the daughters a chance at a better job and income that may lead them to move out of the village leaving their homes.…
