There are several traits which make up a personality, the traits focused on is referred to as the Big Five. The five factor model delineates five broad traits which encapsulates a majority of the differences between individuals, these traits are; extraversion, neuroticism, agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness to experience (Moss, 2008). The traits which have been researched to allow for the best performance and allow for the greatest accomplishment in my future managerial career are researched to be agreeableness, conscientiousness and extraversion (Neubert, 2004). Conscientiousness refers to a person’s ability to be dependable, organised, and punctual and persistence; it has been shown to be valuable within all careers. Agreeableness indicates a person is friendly and tactful and somebody who ranks highly in extraversion is someone of enjoys crowds, social gathering and working in groups, essentially measuring how outgoing a person is (Simmering,
