The main objective of the paper is to select an organisation and interview its key employees to attain the information related to organisational critical success factors (CSFs). However, the paper will also develop the SWOT analysis that clarifies and identifies the organisation’s segment’s CFs. In this way, the organisation will be analysed in terms of indicating balance scorecard as support for conclusion.

Description of Organisation
The chosen company is Target Corporation, which is assumed as the second largest discount retailer of United States of America followed by Walmart. The company was established in 1902 and the first store of Target was developed in 1962. In 2015, Target operates 1801 locations within U.S. The retail

Target’s customer mostly favour to shop at a place where there friends like to shop as they are not price sensitive. Furthermore, the next learning and growth perspective of Target is based on volunteering, education and arts, social organisations, environmental efforts, and offering financial assistance.
The CSF of internal perspective of Target is to promote individuality of the employee that comes in motivation attained by critical success factors and key performance indicators as it is based on the skills, which expected the high profitability and acceptability for company. Moreover, performance of employee and services are achieved by customer per employee as this aspect needs more attention. This practice helps in understanding the customer segments. Thus, vendor’s efficiency is attained by assessment of vendor’s form that grows with high pace as it leads to business efficiency.
The last learning and growth perspective is based on learning and growth as they need training of stakeholders that holds employee skills. It is best understood and also needs attention by the company. Hence, authentic training is essential as it requires patents that fulfil company. In this way, managers of Target holds the trick to success as in today’s time, successful companies are the direct outcome of company’s potential to take the action with the predicted future prospects from information with the balanced scorecard of Target. While taking the direct action, the data reporting system covers and measure different prominent aspects that lower the assessment time of data by the manager. There is actual speed of information that is collected, modified and stored with the scorecard as it provides guideline that assesses managers of Target, which includes strategic decision for the company as it has practical aspects rather than oversensitive performance indicators.

Analysis of each CSF and Measures Indicated in BSC
Target Corporation needs attention of the different measures mentioned in balance scorecard as it is perceived as demanding and involving attitude within the company. The prime performance present or mentioned in scorecard includes performance target that has appropriate option made by company as the information that observes the performance takes certain measures while recognising the areas and issues that solves the problem and that enhances end result of Target Corp.
