The Company's investment and expansion in the restaurant business and production, S & P became known and favorite of both children and adults. And the company also has strength in presentation and create new business by having success under the name of Patra (Patara Fine Thai Cuisine), Patio , Blue Cup , vanilla and and Simply Thai; thai desserts products.
The company has international business. In 1990 opened the first thai restaurant name "Patara" (Patara Fine Thai Cuisine) in London, England. Thai restaurant in foreign countries was very successful, and due to the popularity of food in foreign countries are more increase. The restaurant has expanded to twenty branches in four countries under the name Patio,

Weakness
The Company has a policy to buy quality raw materials to produce products to meet the standards. Some of the raw materials are purchased from a single vendor or most of the raw materials are purchased from a single vendor. There may be risks of raw materials shortage or lack of bargaining power.
Price is higher than competitor in the market. Deterioration of raw materials and products. As a result of the food business, the Company must pay attention to quality. The freshness of raw materials and products is the key. More than 50% of raw materials and products, including meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits and bread, are short-lived. This affects the cost of production. Companies must purchase and manage inventory by purchasing enough daily orders and keeping them in a freezer.
Distribution channels don’t cover all areas.
Products are less diverse than competitors.

Consumption of current people is being attentive to health quite a lot. They choose to buy good food, healthy, and low in calories and not gain weight. From such conditions affect the sale of certain products of S & P.

The results of the resolution of the British have come out, it is clear that most British people voted to United Kingdom secede from the European Union. This decision is not just domestic because England is the fifth largest economy in the world. The resolution was effect to the global economy as well.

When England left the EU, making the conditions for free trade between Britain and the EU ended. England need to start a negotiations with all new trading partners in the EU.The bargaining power on the world stage less than the past because there are no EU support anymore.
