Ray Kroc was a true entrepreneur because he first started off selling his own product the milkshake mixer. A small restaurant called him for his milkshake mixers, he went to visit and when he saw what a different restaurant it was, he knew he had to be a part of it somehow. Ray decided he wants to franchise McDonalds, he eventually gets Dick and Mac to agree on allowing him to be a part of the McDonalds quick service restaurant. Ray knew that his store would attract more customers if his store was well presented. People judge on nitty gritty things and Ray made sure he had no flaws so the customers couldn’t complain and all be happy.
Process: When Ray went to try McDonalds, he saw that there was a long que but the que went very quickly thanks to speedy service. Ray couldn’t believe how fast his food was made. A speedy service is good if they taste is the same. Customers love convenience.
