Flex is a clothing retail market that provides custom-fit athletic clothing and unique designs for people that like to exercise. Flex is a new and upcoming business that puts a large emphasis on creating custom-fit clothing to help customer solve the problem of baggy athletic clothing. There is more to analyzing this company overall functions than its intentions and goals, by summarizing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through the formation of a SWOT analysis, Flex’s stance now and in the future is more clear. Flex does a good job taking advantage of the opportunities given to them such as advertising which can be a key factor for a business to be able to differentiate themselves from their competitors. Flex is able to use social media as well as other forms of advertisement, letting them promote their business at little to no cost using modern day forms of communication. Now by advertising their business they are able to create a brand recognition as well as a positive brand image letting them grow and expand throughout the states spreading awareness about the company to other parts of the country. Flex is able to reach most parts of the country through their website but needs to set up warehouses in different parts of the country to be able to ship their products to customers outside of georgia. By doing this it would allow more customers to be able to buy Flex’s products increasing their net profit. If flex is able to expand their brick and mortar stores outside of Snellville they will be able to hire employees that are right for the job to work at one of the stores for support and trained assidence. While Flex has had some weaknesses such as limited location, financial resources, and time management, they can work from their mistakes and leap forward looking into what they can change in the future. In addition, by growing their business Flex can reserve more money for financial resources ensuring a more stable company. Flex can still expand their company through the different opportunities bestowed upon them such as advertising, employment, and expanding nationally which can be applied to Flex through the expansion on the company across the country through the different types of advertising methods used today.
