The company is giving the employees acceptable environment and pay structure which makes the employees to work. The company is now looking for the downsizing as a result of the decrease in the sales and profit. As a result of keeping profit and the company running, the company has to reduce the number of staff in organize to keep the company performs well. So, the first of the ways to reduce cost is to reduce the staff. By this way the company can reduce the running cost by reducing the employee and it will reduce the expenses. There will be mutual effect as a result of this downsizing where both the employee and the employer will have some difficulties as a result of this.
