Swot analysis is founded by Albert Humphrey, who led a research project at Stanford University in 1960s. SWOT often used as strategic planning process in business and also academic. This is a framework that can help an organization even individual to know self well. Each letter has the own meaning which is strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Strength is positive attribute within an organization. Weakness is an internal weak point that will affect organization ability to achieve goal. It will let the organization know which area should improve. Opportunity is an external occasion for organization to develop and expand business. Saudee Group Berhad established a specialised halal committee that regulates all halal-related issues. They will give training to employees about halal and food safety issues. Other than that, Saudee Group Berhad will hire Muslim to handle operation areas task to ensure that the process are follow halal assurance standard.
