The SWOT analysis is a useful technique that helps understanding organization’s strengths and weakness in the present and also identifying possible opportunities and challenges the organization is facing in future. This technique also can be used in strategic career planning. Internal environments include personal strengths and weakness that are under control. Even external environments include opportunities and threats in career field that you cannot control (Hansen & Hansen, n.d). Developing my own SWOT analysis, where I check my current situation and future opportunities and challenges, it will help me to set direction for my career planning.

Objectives:
• By February 2017, I will increase my English skills level by 30%.
• By December 2017, the number of the question in web-based self-assessment respond correctly will increase by 40%.
• By January of 2018, I will apply to NDEB Equivalency Process and submit my documents to verification.
• By August 2018, I will apply to Assessment of fundamental knowledge
• By December 2018, I will apply to Assessment of Clinical skills
• By February 2019, I will apply to Assessment of Clinical Judgment
• By December 2019, I will take written examination and NBED Certification
• By February 2020, I will apply to get provincial licensure.
Strategies: how I will achieve my objectives
• I will take English classes twice a week. Also I will take EILTS test twice a year to ensure my language skills are improving.
• During 2017, I will practice the exercises available in Web-based self-assessment to complete Assessment of Fundamental Knowledge successfully
• During 2017, I will collect and translate all documents necessary from my home country. In begin of 2018, I will apply on-line to NDEB Equivalency Process and submit my documents to

After complete my Master degree, I will take a one month break to fresh and set up my mind. It will provide me energy and motivation that I need to keep going in my studies. After my short-break, I will keep focus to reduce my weakness. In 2017, I will take English classes to improve my language skills. Also, I will find part-time job that help me to practice my English skills and save money to pay expensive process fees in 2018. Studying and practicing exam in web-based self-assessment will provide confidence that I need to follow my goals. Only after reduce my weakness, I will start the process to recognize my certification and get provincial license to work as a
