The STAAR test should not be used as a final exam in high school. Reason being if students did have to a STAAR test as their final exam, then their would be more conflicts. There are two things you have to realize and that is one test does not determine your intelligence and also that will be more likely for kids to go through depression. “Grades do not define intelligence” and that specific quote is honestly true. If test actually did determine intelligence, then age would define maturity, rumors would define who you are, etc. For example, when I was in 6th grade my friend and I would always get good grades and pass our test, but there was this one test that was unexpected.
