I am interested in applying to SMU because it is a well rounded college. The business school at SMU is known for being fantastic and it really attracted me to the university. There seems to be a lot of school spirit around the athletic teams, most notably the football and basketball programs. Also, I really like the city of Dallas, even though I have only visited it a few times. I was particularly interested in the fact that SMU has a 11:1 student-faculty ratio because I like how the university can offer more individual attention. Furthermore, I believe SMU can stimulate a higher level of thinking in myself.
