SMART Goal Paper

Decent Essays
The SMART goal I have set in place for myself is being a leader for my staff with uniformity in timeliness of assignments. I have begun the process of completing my task list for the following day before I leave the facility. As I complete each task, I line through it with a red ink pen. I will continue the process for the next few weeks while, making the necessary adjustments to allow for meeting and reviewing assignments as necessary. The end result is to have all task completed in an efficient manner. This will assist me in provided a more effective positive approach of the expectations I set forth for staff.

My second SMART goal that I have set forth is minimizing the delays in delivery of care. Over the next two months,
