Author also talk about the medication and the treatments that people have tried to cure the depression. People likely go for treatment to their doctors. There are many treatments which gives the side effects. Treatments can also be done by altering the balance of certain chemicals in your brain which can cause side effects. Some medicines to cure the depression also gives some of the side effect. Medication is not always effective. There are many different ways to cure medicine. Medication is one of the way to cure depression. If medication does not work there is also another way to overcome with the depression. Many studies show that depressed patients who stick to regimen of aerobic exercise improve as much as those treated with medication. The author says that there 's no cure for depression, meds aren 't always reliable and mental health conditions are variable over time. Although I disagree with the author. There is nothing that cannot be cured. What the person think is very powerful. If the person have depression, it is just because the person have wrong thinking. Depression is due to sadness, loneliness, negative thinking and other negative feelings. Such people should start thinking positively. If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems. Delete the negativity and accentuate the positivity. Positive anything is always better than negative nothing. If the person have belief in themselves they would not get depressed. Nothing can last forever. Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I ' m possible! In this article the author also says that the person suffering from the depression needs the meds and much therapy to out of the depression. Here I am disagree with the author as all the people suffering from the depression does not meds and any other therapies.
