The basic definition of a leader is someone that has the ability to lead a group of person into achieving a common goal. Being a leader requires good communication skills, being able to connect and relate to others, being compassionate, inspiring and trustworthy. There are different type and style of leadership; however, in conjunction with my INFJ personality, as a leader, I am empathic, honest, and decisive. I am the leader that listens, advise and care about others opinions. My INFJ personality describe me as the people advocate, which mean that I dedicate my time helping others, I have a high sense of responsibility which help me focus on my priorities, I am open-minded which mean I am ready to welcome and respect others’ views whether there are similar or different to mine. I can use the tools to encourage the participation of my followers in the pursuit of our goals, also keep them informed and involved. Thanks to the tools I can learn how to effectively let them in control of different activities and avoid unnecessary supervision, I am a leader that guide, not one that order people around. It is my responsibility to share with them clear and specific strategies for the future and give them choices when it comes to how to achieve our goal. I will always ensure that they know that I am available for coaching whenever they need it. Ensure that everyone is treated equitably and that everyone voice is heard. I will use the tools to foster positive communication and exchange among my followers and also with other people around me.
