With the low income community in the area, they will not be able to contribute to the money required for the city to fulfill its economic demands. The city is still growing and it is essential for it to have economic stability in order to meet its needs. This is why city restaurants are more expensive than the restaurants in rural areas. If these low income residents continue to reside in the area, they will still face the expenses of living in the city and it will still be hard for them to afford living in the area. Even though they can afford a place, the bill doesn't guarantee that it will be enough to keep them secure from other expenses that are correlated with living in the city. Although it is not certain the actual effect the bill will have, the perception of possible outcomes is what will drive the bill to be implemented or discarded. Even with the possibility of the declination of economic profit, the American dream being reached, a diverse community and the decline in profit for the landlords, the good intentions and the desire for Home is where the heart is and if this bill can make this happen, we are a step closer to fulfilling a sense of security for people who deserve to make their dreams a reality.
