Based upon the readings for this week, which of the skills, traits or characteristics of entrepreneurs do you think would be the most important to have? Research a successful entrepreneur. An organizational system is the first system to consider. This will decide the culture of your organization. This includes management teams, investors, shareholders, stakeholders etc. Anything including people would fall into this structural category. Ask what you would like to get out of your human aspect of the business. Who will have what decision making abilities? As the business grows, It will be very important to have this in place as ideally you will not have time to manage every aspect.
A business system is the next system to consider. This will assist the organizational systems in getting work done. A business system will detail all the steps it takes to go from the idea creation to delivery and what actions those steps take within your company.
