Dr. Brittany S. Wiley, M.D, is a board-certified pediatrician who loves working with children. Recently she was awarded the American Academy of Pediatrics for her efforts to help the youth throughout the community. She has served on many hospital committees and plays an active role in her community. Dr. Wiley has also received the youngest pediatrician of the year award from the class 2023.
Born on January 1st, 1999, in Wilson to an encouraging family in the medical field, Brittany showed devotion from a young age. A graduate of East of Carolina University medical school, she was appraised by BabyTalk Magazine titled “Dr. Wiley road to success” as an “astounding pediatrician”.

She then attended the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University for four years, followed by three years of residency training in a pediatric hospital in Greenville, NC.
In 2024, she moved to Greenville, North Carolina, where she works full time at East Carolina Pediatrics of Greenville. “My favorite part of being a Pediatrician is seeing the smiles on the patients face; My passion is to assist families make changes for the better”.
Dr. Wiley is married to Jordan Walker, a pharmacist in Greenville, N.C. They have two girls, Paisley, age 6 and Payton, age 4. During her free time, she spends her time shopping, traveling, making arts and crafts and spending time with her family.
Dr. Wiley sees herself as reliable, devoted and hard working. She looks forward to form friendships with all of her patients and their families, and believes that playing this effective role leads to better treatment decisions and spending time with her husband and 2 children, vacationing and showing her creative side through arts and crafts
