On 5/31/16 at about 7:43 PM, Security Officer (S/O) Daniel Canela notified Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera, that he saw a tractor drop his trailer onto his 5th wheel, he saw this while securing the doors in the smoke shack. At 7:45 PM, S/S Cabrera immediately notified Safety Specialist Kevin Sabulsky about the situation at hand. S/S Cabrera instructed S/O Canela to go out to the truck yard to gather the information needed and to take pictures of the damage. Upon arrival, S/O Canela made contact with WS transportation driver Victor Abreu. Mr. Abreu was driving tractor 25081 attempting to pull out trailer 53677 from slip location F913. At the time of incident, Mr. Abreu attempted to connect to the trailer but did not notice the
