The S.M.A.R.T goal initially stated was recorded during the month of October. After the inability to complete during the time set, I extended it into two consecutive days in the month of December. During the time of completing the goal, I learned some essential facts on the overall effect of running. Some include the overarching fact that with little or no equipment running has lasting effects on the body. It can boost the immune system, strengthen heart, increases bone mass and reduces risk of heart attack.
During the two consecutive days, I approached the S.M.A.R.T goal with a strategic mindset. The overall challenge was to workout in high intensity intervals for 40 minutes. I would run high intensity intervals for up to two minutes at
