S/L Walker arrived on the scene to be greeted by Mr. Freeman at the door. Mr. Freeman led S/L Walker to Mrs. freeman in the bedroom. Mrs. Freeman was alert and oriented x4. S/L Walker asked what was going on today. Mrs. Freeman stated, "Oh,well, I been feeling weak and have no desire to eat or drink anything. I been to the doctor and Dr. Machdo gave me some cough medication and anti-dioxide. But the anti-dioxide made me have diarrhea. I call the medical center and a doctor told me to stop taking it." S/L Walker took Mrs. freeman vital, which was, Blood pressure 150/90 (without her medication today), pulse of 85% and O2 of 93 on room air. Mrs. Freeman had this cough that Mr. Freeman said it was improving. S/L Walker gave them the option of hospital
