Ryan Sheckler
It all started when he was fourteen from nothing to everything he dreamed of being. When Ryan Sheckler turned pro he had a whole new life ahead of him. Ryan was young when he wanted it all. What would you have done if you turned pro at fourteen? Ryan knew exactly what he wanted. He looked up to Tony Hawk since he was little and watched him do tricks. Ryan's pro skater life has turned his world around. He has made an impact to most kids in the world. Ryan has reached out to kids who need a cure for their problems and has helped many sick young ones. His program of his raised over a million dollars for the kids in need of support or help. Ryan's support from his family and friends helped him achieve early life goals to lead him to to be a successful skater.

His grandmother bought him his own skateboard when he was fourteen (Sheckler 8). Ryan's best friend Casey always supported Ryan along his journey as he learned better tricks. Ryan's other friend Tony teaches Ryan new moves and Ryan teaches him new moves (Sheckler 13). Ryan recently opened new support system called the “The Sheckler Foundation”(Sheckler 85). This foundation supports cancer patients and injuries (Sheckler 8). Ryan's dad was very supportive when he built the skate park in their backyard so he could skate at when he wants (Sheckler 23). Sheckler was raised in a family of three children his two younger brothers are named Shane and Kane. Sheckler was introduced to skateboarding when he discovered his father's skateboard at two years old. Sheckler's father provided encouragement by revealing that he had learned his first kickflip when he was approximately six years of age. In a 2012 interview for the internet-based channel Network A, Sheckler revealed that the San Clemente skate park is the location where he began skateboarding and that he was present at the opening of the
