Answer: I think Ryan is behaving in a professional manner. He didn’t break any code of ethics and he was simply just doing what was best for the company. By shipping them within the fiscal year, Ryan improved the financial standing of the company for the next fiscal period. Therefore, not only was Ryan behaving in a professional manner, he was also acting with a great understanding of business. I’m sure the company is glad to have him there.
