A leader can have many different meanings and definitions. One can look at a leader differently than someone else. Leaders have a variety of qualities that leads to women becoming a great and successful leader. Maybe one think that it important for a leader to be more confidence while another person thinks it more important to be social. People have their own way of defining leadership. All leaders adapt their own special and unique qualities like being outgoing and organize in their own unique way. One must inquire the skills of being a leader. A woman who has obtained these qualities that has become inspiring, determined, successful is Ruth Handler.
