I will be mentioning the role the relationship between culture and economics, and the role that inclusive design would have among persons with disabilities, persons without disabilities, and persons who will pop in one second on the disability monitoring screen. Included here will be discussions about articles that describe disabled students’ experience in higher education facilities, such as universities. In this section, I will explore how wheelchairs have improved the abilities of people through time, but I will also say there is a lot of room for improvement as well in this department; however, a lot of what affects this is based on culture, finances, and design.
