Russell Stover’s all milk chocolates have a wide variety of ingredients. The main ingredients needed to make the product are milk, sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, and soy lecithin. The chocolate and cocoa butter come from the cocoa bean. The cocoa bean comes from a cocoa tree and is grown by farmers around the equator (Barry Callebaut). After the beans are fermented and dry enough the cocoa farmers will bring them to collection centers or cocoa plantations (Barry Callebaut). Next the beans are packed into sacks and containers and shipped to Russell Stover’s manufacturing facilities in the United States (Barry Callebaut).
