Running has the ability to transform everyone. It can and will transform you if you make the choice to run. It will transform you physically and mentally. Physically, you will become very fit if you stay consistent, you need to start with low mileage though, as you don’t want injury. Mentally, you will become very strong, you will know that you can do hard things. After a long hard run, you feel like everything else is easy. Running also transforms your mind, it makes your mind think. The adrenaline and euphoria of running is something you can’t explain until you’ve experienced it firsthand.
