I had to kick or ban members from the clan if they didn’t meet clan standards or stirred up trouble within the LGZ clan. So at the age of 13, I was already introduced to real business etiquette and

I was trial-mod for about two weeks tops and I enjoyed it but was promoted to mod after two weeks, I was moderator for a while longer and things got a little repetitive as we only Moderated practice.…

It is obvious that online games appear extremely addicted that they have ruined his life and deprived his time, health, and ability to return to the reality. However, these results do not happen accidentally. Game developers and companies design online games addictive intentionally in order to gain enormous profits from this emerging industry; they understand the weaknesses of the humanity and use them to debilitate the players’ consciousness to “control” the players. No wonder online game addiction becomes a severe social issue. A statistic even reveals that half of the MMO players admit that they are…

The Boy Scouts program especially helped me to improve my public speaking and leadership qualities early on. After quickly advancing through the first few ranks, I was put into a position of leadership within a year of joining Boy Scout Troop 1360. In this position as Patrol Leader, I was in charge of a group of about 10 other boys, as well as leading the entire troop in weekly skill instruction and games. From this early leadership experience, I moved on to be a Troop Guide, or a sort of mentor for the first year scouts. However, when it starts to interfere with a child’s relationship or their pursuit of other goals, such as good grades or being a contributing member of a sports team, gaming becomes an addiction. Computer and video games, especially the massive multi-online role-playing games (or MMORPGs) such as "World of Warcraft" or “Elder Scrolls online” allow players to behave very differently from their normal persona and allows one to create an “avatar” which is the graphical representation of the user’s character or alter ego (such as their sex, race, profession, appearance). A shy child can suddenly become gregarious; a passive child can become aggressive (“Video Gaming Addiction,” n.d.). Many young adults turn to gaming in order to manage unpleasant feelings such as stress, loneliness, depression, and anxiety. When one is having a bad day and are looking for a way to escape his/her problems or to quickly relieve stress or self-soothe, online-gaming can be an easily accessible outlet.…
