-The nurse’s demeanor is so easygoing and amiable. She converses with all of the patients and eases the tension. She has a lovely spirit and I only hope and pray that I can exercise such patience and kindness onto others. They seem to have some guilt over their limited abilities especially since low-income and no health insurance is a factor for most patients.
