Rubén Hinojosa on Standardized/Streamlined education Rubén Hinojosa has never addressed the idea of streamlined education, nor has he stated any ways that it could change. He is however devoted to the idea of a higher education. Hinojosa's educational biography states, “On March 30, 2010, Congressman Hinojosa joined President Barack Obama for the signing of H.R. 4871: the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010. This legislation represents the single largest increase in student financial aid since the G.I. bill was signed in 1944.” This shows that he wants to make college more accessible, which is why I believe he wants to see an increased rate of those that attend or plan to attend college.
