Rt's MOP: A Case Study

RT's service coordinator Ellis Green,informed writer that he reach out to RT and explained to her about the MOP, RT stated that she did not quiet understand and that he should speak to her sister, which Ellis Green did. After RT spoken to her sister, she claims that she has a better understanding of the program and would be interested in meeting with writer to join the MOP.

RT came into TSINY on 12/6/16 to meet with Ellis Green and came to visit writer, but was in a rush to leave because her access-a-ride was coming to pick her up at the office; therefore, RT agreed to meet with writer on Tuesday, December 13th, 2016 at 11:00 am for an intake appointment. Writer will follow-up.

    On 01-21-2017, at approximately 2115 hours, Inmate Timberlake, Norman T397504 returned to the Work Furlough search area at the Durango Jail located at 3225 W. Gibson Ln, Phoenix AZ 85009. Timberlake appeared disoriented; he was slurring his speech and could not keep his balance. Due to his behavior, Timberlake's blood alcohol content was measured using a handheld B.A.C. machine.
