On 9/26/14 the Board received a complaint from attorney David Streett on behalf of his client Malik Karim against Dr. Stanley Librach of St. Louis. Karim’s complaint alleged that Dr. Librach had confronted him in his office in a threatening manner. Karim’s complaint stated that the Doctor’s actions gave him concern for his safety as well as the well-being of a business associate that was with him in his office at the time. Malik Karim notified St. Peters Police Department by calling 911 while the incident was in progress.
