Reporting party (RP) stated that she was reunited with her children Nathan James Grant Kirkman, DOB: 12/30/14 and Andrew James Grant Kirkman DOB: 3/30/16 on 4/24/17. RP stated that the children are exhibiting questionable behaviors; Nathan stands behind RP and smells her bottom stating "I miss mommy." During the boys first week back, RP stated that she notice that Nathan's anus is "pertruding out" as if it had been "used." RP describes the child's anus as not being larger than normal. RP stated that while changing the child, the child disclosed, "Zuz purple stick" while pointing to his anus. RP stated that Zuz is mostly likly "Jesus". Child Andrew also has a "slit" on his anus. RP stated that both boys' scrotums were swollen and redish/purplish
