One of the main focus of a Care Leads is to work with their assigned team supervisor to ensure that the team is meeting all targets performance goals and metrics. In this issue of the Royal Spotlight we would like to highlight a successful collaborative working partnership that was formed between a Care supervisor and her supporting Care lead.
Care supervisor, Cristin Cruz and her assigned care lead Julian Montgomery has been working together to identify opportunities on her team that will allow the agents in question to grow and develop into stronger care agents that is better training to handle the customer will instilling the valves of integrity, courteousness, and professionalism.
