The supplement that interested me the most and that I evaluated was Royal Jelly. I had no idea that there was even such a dietary supplement, let alone all of the claimed cures it was supposed to heal, such as lowering blood pressure, lowering bad cholesterol, and decreasing breast cancer risk. It has also been proven by “The Health Professional’s Guide to Popular Dietary Supplements” to improve stamina, reduce fatigue, and boost mental health as well. As mentioned by a fellow classmate, I realized just how different the market claims were compared to what the guide stated about this particular substance. For instance, in the market claim, they inform the consumer that the product aids slowing down the process of osteoporosis and enhances brain function. These facts are not claimed by the “Health Professional’s Guide to Popular Dietary Supplements,” and therefore should not be trusted by word of mouth from the industry who is trying to sell customers their products.
Consumers should also be aware that this Royal Jelly substance has a lot of downfalls to it that the media isn’t telling

It is available as a jelly, a liquid, or as a pill form. In a liquid form, it has been applied to the tops of people’s heads to support hair growth. Others prefer this supplement as a pill form so that they can just take it with some water and wait to see the results.
When doing the website source evaluation, I thought it was funny how the lady who was in charge of the website was the daughter of a bee farmer. Although it made her more credible claiming that she was a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, she still has her foot in the door with selling the products as it had been in the family.
