Among Roxanne’s strong points is providing excellent customer care which is a crucial necessity in her job as the In-region Accounting Manager. Roxanne is tasked with operating her team in concert with the program’s side of the business in order to provide friendly, cordial and effective customer care to Coastal’s residents. In addition Roxanne is responsible for accounting for incoming cash, managing People Propel Loans and other in-region billings and receivables. In 2016, Roxanne was selected to participate in the Six Sigma program which required sizable investment by Coastal and a lot of personal commitment on her part.
