Rovs Underwater Research Advantages

Have you heard the story of Pearl Harbor? The Harbor that was bombed by the Japanese over 70 years ago?The 8 ships at the harbor were either sunk or damaged. Now people are exploring new ways to find information and explore the wrecks of the ships, like the SS Arizona. People are using ROVs, also known as Remotely Operated Vehicles, to explore the SS Arizona and other ships at Pearl Harbor. I definitely think that ROVs are critical for underwater research. In a different theory, people think that ROVs are useless, and that humans can do the same work that the ROVs can. However, ROVs are ABSOLUTELY valuable to underwater research because they can get to places that humans cannot reach, they can get pieces of information that we can’t see or grab because it is small or heavy, and they can reach dangerous places.

First off, I think that ROVs are definitely useful for underwater research. They can get into small places a human can’t, like a small hole.People think that ROVs can do the same as humans can, but can they really? ROVs are similar to humans, but they can go deeper underwater, and reach things we can’t.
If you have a ROV and you need to get something underwater but you can’t reach it, use the ROV! The ROV can reach and pick up what you need!
