In regards to demand of universal suffrage, it can be seen as getting the right of voting, which eventually led to allowing women voting rights in 1917. As for demand of the ballots this is referring to using ballots that which allowed the people to vote on important issues. Lastly, the demand of annual Parliaments meant the people would be able to have the power and freely choose new representatives. It is obvious to us that all these people really want is a sense of liberty and freedom, and some sort of say in regards to establishing
