i. The concept of a Round-a-bout was presented in previous public meetings to the residents and they did not like it. ii. The Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) study cost is $40,000.00. The ICE could lead to recommend a Round-A-Bout. The analysis of all the elements for the Round-a-Bout can take several months and we can miss the time window to construct it as part of the Phase 1 project.
