A very important day in my life was when I started going to the gym. I was a very enthusiastic twelve year old in sixth grade. Being very anxious and nervous I could not wait to see my body transformation in years to come. Constantly exasperated, I wanted my body to change so badly. This caused me to be nervous for what was to come in the future. Being a young clueless boy I had no idea what to eat or what type of workouts to do. That’s why it is good to surround yourself with people that know this stuff so you can learn for yourself. Everyone knows with exercise there needs to be a good diet. Believe it or not, diet is more important that exercise when wanting to obtain a good physique. Being the young blood I was I was not sure of food
