I have completed my investigation pursuant to Article 18.04.B, of the Labor, Trades and Crafts Unit Agreement into the factual accuracy of Keith A. Rosebeary’s performance evaluation.

Mr. Rosebeary was an Equipment Operator Foreman I in the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Division of Northern Region Highways and Aviation. The evaluation in question covers the rating period of March 1, 2015 to February 28, 2015. The evaluation was prepared by Ronald A. Davis, Equipment Operator Foreman II and revised by Daniel Schacher, Maintenance & Operations Superintendent in the Fairbanks District. The evaluation was finalized on May 28, 2015
