The reporting party (RP) stated mother Rosalba Cramer came into the Escondido Police Department to file a report regarding her 10 month old son Gabriel Munoz DOB: 6/4/15 skull fracture. According to the RP Rosalba arrived to the facility at approximately 11:00AM to breast feed her son. Upon arriving into the classroom the mother observed he child slump over in a high chair. The mother attempted to arouse her son to feed. The child continued to lethargic and refused to feed. A teacher named Monica approached the mother to inform her that she (Monica) had tripped while carrying the infant. Monica assured the mother the child did not come in contact with the floor.
