You have lost another set in the volleyball game and you have given up, you do not think you can keep playing. Then the team leader steps in, that one girl who can pick everyone up with a single glance or word. Leaders are the people you look up to, they are the ones you want to imitate. The whole team just feeds off of her emotions, exuberant or despairing, it does not matter. The inspiring qualities of a reputable leader are courage and integrity. Courage is a defining quality of a leader.
