Disobedience is the lack of obedience or refusal to comply; disregard or transgression. This was a sign of disrespect and disobedience, because that showed equality. Rosa Parks’ grandfather, however, had no care in mind. Being caught in this act could have led to being arrested, or even worse, getting killed. Therefore, Rosa’s grandfather’s fearless disobedient acts rubbed onto her, which was done for an excessively brilliant cause. Although disobedience has its different consequences, I had encountered a raw disobedient act a couple years ago and recently. I had played the sport of basketball since I was in the age of five, my father loved the sport. He wanted me to grow to love and play the sport like he did. But then, after years of playing the sport I loved, I had torn my ACL after trying to make a last second jump shot. It was an extremely tragic experience, I would try to go back after recovery, but the pain was still unbearable. The doctor proclaimed that it was best for me to stop playing sports, for it was only going to get worse. Nevertheless, I found another sport that I did not feel was as hard on my knees that I fell in love with which was soccer.
