Tanisha is a personable candidate looking for a long-term and stable position.

She most recently worked for the Division of Family Resources as an Eligibility Assistant. She would maintain patient’s accounts, scan information into the system, and handle both inbound and outbound calls. She left this role, because she wanted to find a position that would off her more and push her.

Prior to that, she had worked a temporary role for Chase as a CSR. She would handle both inbound and outbound calls, accept payments, and resolve issues.

She had worked another temporary position for FSSA as an Eligibility Specialist. She would conduct phone screens, process and verify information, and run reports. She left this position when her son became ill and needed to focus on his health.
