On 10/20/16, RP visited the group home and spoke with several residents about the condition of the group home. RP stated that she spoke with resident Rocio Pacheco (age 17, DOB: 12/29/98) who stated that she has been at the home since August of 2016 and has not been able to seen by her orthodontist.
