Friar Lawrence because he’s the one who secretly got Romeo and Juliet married undercover. He gave Juliet the medicine to take and she would pretend to be dead and would wake up 42 hours after she took it. Romeo got a letter saying to go to Juliet tomb nobody didn’t know, but friar Lawrence and Juliet that she had taken the medicine and pretend. Another reason why friar Lawrence is the blame for their death is he got them secretly married when he knew the father of Juliet didn’t want Juliet with Romeo.
