Who’s To Blame? Tragedy is a part of human life. Everyone in the world experiences this. No matter how much people try to stop it, it is inevitable. It can come in many ways and will affect people in different types of ways. Though often times people always look for someone else to blame for the tragedy. Some individuals affect the outcome of a problem through their actions and involvement. In the play Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare a tragedy occurs when two star crossed lovers commit double-suicide. Many people could be blamed for this event because of their relationship with them. This was Friar John telling Friar laurence that he has not send the letter to Romeo because of infections going around. This decision is critical in the play because know Romeo is getting false information about his wife Juliet. We can see the irresponsibility by Friar laurence here. He put the lives of two people in the hand of another person. Laurence should have delivered the message himself there would be no confusion but instead depended on someone else. This shows how the irresponsibility of friar laurence led to the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet.
In the play Romeo and Juliet by William shakespeare the people to put the blame upon for the tragedy are the Capulets because of their attitude towards Juliet, Tybalt because of his aggressive attitude, and Friar Laurence because of his decisions as well as actions with Romeo and Juliet. All the events and actions by these characters ultimately led to this catastrophic tragedy. Tragedy for this play was almost inevitable because of all that was going on. Also their were multiple people to blame for it. It happened quite frequently throughout the play and these characters were mostly to blame.
