In this play Tybalt causes a death of an innocent person because he had a strong hate for the Montagues and accidentally killed Mercutio. Before Mercutio was killed, he was taunting Tybalt and they fought with no intent of hurting each other. So Romeo comes along and tries to break it up but Mercutio says after being stabbed, “Why the devil you came between us? I was hurt under your arm” (Shakespeare 100).
