First of all, Romeo’s attitude throughout the play shows that young people in Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet can be loving instead of detached or angry. To illustrate, Tybalt found out that Romeo crashed his uncle, Capulet’s, party and went immediately to go and tell his uncle. Tybalt revealed, “Uncle, this is a Montague, our foe; A villain, that is hither come in spite To scorn at our solemnity this night” (1.5.63-65). This explains that Tybalt is totally devoted to his uncle and tells him everything, and does not Romeo to harm him in any such way. This also explains that Tybalt is loving because Tybalt is very concerned and cares about his uncle’s reputation being spoiled if everyone finds out a Montague crashed his party. To add, Tybalt receives orders from his uncle not to take any action against Romeo, and he obeys it. Tybalt muttered, “Patience perforce with wilful choler meeting Makes my flesh tremble in their different greeting. I will withdraw; but this intrusion shall, now seeming sweet, convert to bitt’rest gall” (1.5.94-97). This reveals that even though Tybalt hates Romeo, he still follows his uncle’s orders without much of a fight, which means he respects his uncle. This also reveals that Tybalt is very loyal to his uncle because he did not go behind his uncle’s back and injure Romeo. Which ultimately proves that Tybalt is loving. The main thing is, Tybalt may be viewed as angry by others, but in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, Tybalt is a loving person.
