In Romeo and Juliet one way that the author shows that Juliet is sacrificing is that she decides to marry Romeo in secret behind her parents back. She gets the sleeping potion from Friar And he tells her the plan about how everything must be done. He explains to her how she must take the drug the night before that way her parents well think she’s dead and she’ll get to be with Romeo like she wants. Juliet is “Dead” (IV.v..8-22) The nurse then comes into the room and hollers for her parents and says…”Juliet she’s dead”!!!. Friar quickly says that they must take her buy her cousin Tybalt who was killed by her beloved Romeo. Some evidence that shakespeare uses to show that Juliet isn’t dead is that there’s a letter that Romeo is waiting for that well tell him where to meet Juliet. But since everything has been changed a day earlier so everything is now messed up. This right here shows how she is sacrificing everything that she has just be with Romeo when she could just forget about him and be with Paris. She still chooses to be with Romeo no matter if the consequences mean
